• We would like to say a huge thank you to Mark for the fabulous job that he did on our bathroom re-fit. We will have no problems in recommending Mark to family and friends and wouldn't hesitate to contact him again if we need any further work carrying out. Mark kept us up to date with the progress at the end of the day and what the next days work would involve. He also came up with solutions to any issues that came up. Mark always cleaned up at the end of the day and left the area tidy. Mark is trustworthy and reliable so had no worries about leaving him with a key and he very kindly looked after our dog while we were out at work. She would have enjoyed all the tummy rubs. Mark also very kindly took receipt of our never ending delivery of parcels! We are so delighted with our bathroom - it was finished in the time scale that Mark gave us and to a high standard. • I needed a new kitchen tap supplying and fitting. Despite this being a small job, Mark was happy to oblige. In fact, the job was done the same day, very proficiently as well as promptly, and at a very reasonable price.

• Mark fitted our kitchen a couple of years ago and made a lovely job of it so it was an obvious decision to have Mark to replace the bath with a walk in shower and replace tiles with wall panels. The planning and choosing shower, fittings and wall panels was straight forward and the finished result is excellent. We asked if he could carry the wall panels further across to save me tiling and glad we did as Mark made a brilliant job of that and the boxing in of the waste pipe which l thought l would have to do as well. We have no hesitation of recommending JCP.Thank you Mark and Joy, we love our bathroom upgrade.

Communication with Mark and Joy during the planning stage was excellent throughout, and the work was executed in accordance with my wishes, on schedule, and according to the given quotation. • Very pleased we had Mark to fit our kitchen. Initially, we had a quote from a fitter which itemised the work in a fair amount of detail but with just a lump sum at the end. Being a Chartered Quantity Surveyor all my working life (now retired), with no breakdown of costs I could not check out if I was getting good value for money.
  Mark and Joy were, subsequently, recommended to us. Mark came to survey the work armed with his spreadsheet of unit rates so by filling in the quantities involved etc. he produced his quote there and then. We could readily see his detailed breakdown at a glance. Should we need any variations in the work, e.g. an extra power point, which we did, we knew the likely cost beforehand.
  He was professional in all respects, adaptable and a pleasure to have in the house bearing in mind the obvious upheaval due to the kitchen being out of action. He gave useful tips and comments, very tidy working, always left the site impeccably clean every night. All work finished to a high standard. We would highly recommend.
