• Mark fitted our kitchen a couple of years ago and made a lovely job of it so it was an obvious decision to have Mark to replace the bath with a walk in shower and replace tiles with wall panels.
  The planning and choosing shower, fittings and wall panels was straight forward and the finished result is excellent.
  We asked if he could carry the wall panels further across to save me tiling and glad we did as Mark made a brilliant job of that and the boxing in of the waste pipe which l thought l would have to do as well. We have no hesitation of recommending JCP.Thank you Mark and Joy, we love our bathroom upgrade.

• Mark has just completed my bathroom upgrade, and I am delighted with the result. Communication with Mark and Joy during the planning stage was excellent throughout, and the work was executed in accordance with my wishes, on schedule, and according to the given quotation. Mark also gave some welcome advice on safety features when asked to do so.

• Very pleased we had Mark to fit our kitchen. Initially, we had a quote from a fitter which itemised the work in a fair amount of detail but with just a lump sum at the end. Being a Chartered Quantity Surveyor all my working life (now retired), with no breakdown of costs I could not check out if I was getting good value for money.
  Mark and Joy were, subsequently, recommended to us. Mark came to survey the work armed with his spreadsheet of unit rates so by filling in the quantities involved etc. he produced his quote there and then. We could readily see his detailed breakdown at a glance. Should we need any variations in the work, e.g. an extra power point, which we did, we knew the likely cost beforehand.
  He was professional in all respects, adaptable and a pleasure to have in the house bearing in mind the obvious upheaval due to the kitchen being out of action. He gave useful tips and comments, very tidy working, always left the site impeccably clean every night. All work finished to a high standard. We would highly recommend.

  I have been designing and arranging kitchen installations for Homebase for over 17 years… So I’m probably not the easiest of customer!
  Everything has to be perfect and Mark made sure it was.

  The installation of the seamless joined worktops and splashbacks are impeccable and the fitting/joinery work of the kitchen is outstanding.

• I was having a Wren kitchen fitted and opted to go with the Wren selected installer, this turned out to be Mark. I have never been more pleased with the work a fitter as done. That word also isn't nearly descriptive enough, Mark is simply a master at his work, be it plumbing, wiring, joinery. There isn't a corner out by a single degree in my whole kitchen. I will absolutely be keeping the contact information for JCP, and referring onto everyone I know.
  Should I ever be presented with the option to go with a stores trusted installer or choose my own, the answer will be simple, I'll choose Mark.
