• Mark has recently installed a kitchen for me. He was professional and respectful of my property, always tidying up after each days work. Mark suggested amendments to the initial design when he felt that it wouldn't look quite right, and was happy to advise and take on board anything I was unsure about. I am really pleased with the overall result!

• Excellent from design to install. Mark had fitted new bathroom and kitchen for some friends so came recommended. We ideally wanted a curved corner shower unit but didn't think there was room even with getting rid of the bath. Mark knew straight away how to accomodate it, moving the washbasin , installing a ladder style radiator etc. We were happy go on holiday & leave a key with him to crack on. We came back to a fabulous new bathroom, immaculately finished. It really does look so much lighter and more modern, we are just delighted with the whole project, it looks even better than expected. Also thanks to Joy for managing all the admin side.

• Mark has just completed a fantastic job fitting a new shower cubicle etc in our en-suite.. He came when he said he would to give us a quote and came to carry out the work when he said he would to do the work. Also competitively priced, so thank you, it looks great.

• Mark was very professional and accommodating to are requirements on our new kitchen, even boxed some pipes in with splash back boarding that was spare his idea and he did a great job, always tidied after every days work, completion took a little longer than estimated due to bank holiday but mark didn't rush and we wasn't in a hurry as had some tidying /decorating to finish after kitchen was complete.

• Very happy with my kitchen, looks great! Appreciated the fact that I could leave a key with Mark and let him get on with the job without me being there, genuine trades people that you can trust to turn up on time and do a good job can be tough to find sometimes. Mark was there on time and enthusiastic about the job right from the first visit to quote the job. And the communication with Joy via email was always quick and efficient. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend JCP Kitchens to anyone.

• We would like to say a huge thank you to Mark for the fabulous job that he did on our bathroom re-fit. We will have no problems in recommending Mark to family and friends and wouldn't hesitate to contact him again if we need any further work carrying out. Mark kept us up to date with the progress at the end of the day and what the next days work would involve. He also came up with solutions to any issues that came up. Mark always cleaned up at the end of the day and left the area tidy. Mark is trustworthy and reliable so had no worries about leaving him with a key and he very kindly looked after our dog while we were out at work. She would have enjoyed all the tummy rubs. Mark also very kindly took receipt of our never ending delivery of parcels! We are so delighted with our bathroom - it was finished in the time scale that Mark gave us and to a high standard. Thank you so much again for bathroom refit, dog sitting and personal post person!!!

• Mark fitted our kitchen a couple of years ago and made a lovely job of it so it was an obvious decision to have Mark to replace the bath with a walk in shower and replace tiles with wall panels. The planning and choosing shower, fittings and wall panels was straight forward and the finished result is excellent. We asked if he could carry the wall panels further across to save me tiling and glad we did as Mark made a brilliant job of that and the boxing in of the waste pipe which l thought l would have to do as well. We have no hesitation of recommending JCP.Thank you Mark and Joy, we love our bathroom upgrade.

Communication with Mark and Joy during the planning stage was excellent throughout, and the work was executed in accordance with my wishes, on schedule, and according to the given quotation.
