• Having had JCP to fit a new kitchen in 2022 and being highly delighted with the result, we immediately booked them for 2023 to install a new bathroom. Just like before everything was done to the highest level of professionalism by Mark and Joy. They really are a complete package from planning, advice, installation and administration. Nothing is too much trouble and customer service is excellent.

• It can be a real upheaval having a main room in the house completely renovated, however JCP kitchens made the experience a very smooth journey.
  
  Joy and Mark came round to discuss my initial thoughts on what I wanted, they really are the most genuine and approachable couple. They listened to what I wanted and didn’t just agree but gave pros and cons to my suggestions.
  
  They joined me at the showroom where they had an excellent relationship with the suppliers who obtained everything that I wanted to view and showed me alternative items that fitted in my price bracket.
  
  The work started on the agreed date and Mark updated me of what the next step was going to be as progress was made each day.
  
  The years of experience of Mark being in the trade was shown through the straight cupboards being tailored against my wonky walls and the workmanship was very impressive. The tiles that I ordered were going to be delayed but Mark was very accommodating if they had to be done at a later date. However the tiles came early and Mark was able to pick them up while I was away.
  
  Having Mark able to do the plumbing and gas saved a lot of disruption of other people coming to the house. Also each night the working area was left neat and clean. I was away for a week during the fitting and I felt comfortable leaving Mark with the keys as he’s completely trustworthy. He had many visitors popping in who he dealt with professionally and with a sense of humour. Joy kept in touch throughout the works and visited to see the progress.
  
  When the kitchen was completed within the timescale it looked better than I’d imagined it when I was choosing all the fittings.
  
  I can’t recommend JCP kitchens enough, I found it was a completely stress free experience implemented with professionalism, trust and reliability.

• I cannot recommend highly enough this excellent kitchen fitting company. Mark and Joy are the perfect team to ease you through the complex decisions that you have to make from the initial design, choosing the units and appliances, colour schemes and general suggestions and ideas. Their knowledge is vast and everything they do is done in a most professional way.
  As for the actual workmanship - Mark is the tidiest and most organised workman I have ever seen and was always updating us as the kitchen progressed. He does everything himself from electrics, plumbing, joinery and flooring. Superb workmanship from Mark with Joy completing the team in the background on the administration and office side.

• After the great work JCP did transforming my kitchen diner last year they were the obvious choice to help me update my bathroom.
  
  Both Mark and Joy understood the specific style I was going for and worked with me to achieve it. As a designer, I bombarded them with more questions than I imagine they’re used to! But nothing was too much trouble for them in bringing it all together smoothly and efficiently. They made suggestions along the way, and would happily speak to me outside of regular working hours to keep the project on track. Made sure we were happy with everything throughout, making extra trips to check the preparation was going right to working late to make sure anything was completed on time.
